Re-book / Cancel trip

If you have a ticket that is refundable you cancel your trip on "My pages" which you find on the booking part of this site and also on the upper right on this page. The number you enter looks like this, for example: ABC-1234-VXYZ and you will find it on your booking confirmation but also on your invoice.

Keep in mind to cancel your trip before the departure.
