Travel guarantee
Our travel guarantee applies if we are unable to keep to our timetable and you arrive late at your destination, when travelling with our trains and tickets.
If your journey time is less than 60 minutes it's concidered to be a short journey and the guarantee kicks in if you are more than 30 minutes late to your destination.
If your journey time is more than 60 minutes it's concidered to be a long journey and the guarantee kicks in if you are more than 60 minutes late to your destination.
