Better on board service
Now that we are taking joint responsibility for the Öresund-train services, we will gradually be introducing improvements on the trains.
All trains will have new vending machines, and mobile phone signals will be boosted to improve coverage inside the trains, provided the mobile phone operator has coverage in the area. This will also improve Internet access for anyone with mobile broadband. The trains will have TV screens installed with, among other things, up-to-date service information. The trains will be staffed by a train driver and train manager from DSBFirst who together will ensure that your journey meets your expectations.
